  1. Install and configure

    Install the Laravel source on a host that meets the server requirements.

    You manage hosting, email, backups, and updates.

  2. Add your first client

    Set their brand, plan, and first loyalty card. Their QR code goes on the counter, menu, or receipt.

    Each business has its own staff and data.

  3. Customers join and collect

    Customers scan the business's QR or open a link, then add or use a program in the browser.

  4. Staff award or redeem

    Staff scan the customer's code or search for them, then add points or stamps or redeem a reward.

    Staff use the browser on a phone, tablet, or computer.

Reward Loyalty costs $349 once. These examples add $20 a month for a server you run. The renewal option adds $99 a year after the included 12 months.

One license at $349 covers unlimited client businesses on one install. There is no per-client or per-location software fee. Each separate install needs its own license.

Set your service name, logo, colors, and domain. Each business has its own branded cards and public page. The full Laravel source is included for changes beyond the settings.

Define your own plans and take subscriptions through Stripe or PayPal. You can also invoice clients outside the software and assign their plans by hand. Your client fees are yours to set.

You need PHP hosting that meets the server requirements and someone comfortable running a Laravel application. You manage the domain, email, backups, updates, and client support.

Your license includes 12 months of updates and product support. After that, renewal is optional at $99 a year. Product support covers the software; you provide hosting and support to your clients.

Your install keeps running on the last version you received. You keep the source and your clients’ data. New updates and product support require an active renewal.
